*'Data Retention Period' - how long all versions of a file is kept on the system. For example, if the retention
period is 30 days and changes are made daily to a file, then you could have up to 30 versions of the file saved on our system.
The latest version of the file is always kept on the server, even if it's last modification date exceeds
the data rentention period. If there is more than one version of a file, then any version (except the newest) that is outside of
the rentention span is removed.
